Job Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the accounting and operations areas
  • Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
  • Assist with data entry of orders
  • Assist with billing, AR and payroll duties

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in accounting, operations or an administrative role a plus
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication skills
