Job Responsibilities
- Provide support to the accounting and operations areas
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
- Assist with data entry of orders
- Assist with billing, AR and payroll duties
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in accounting, operations or an administrative role a plus
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills
