Job Responsibilities
- Greet visitors to office and assist in answering phone calls
- Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about services
- Assist with data entry of orders
- Perform general administrative tasks and call on deliveries
- Assist with all areas of operations
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or an administrative role a plus
- Outstanding phone and email etiquette
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills
