Job Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors to office and assist in answering phone calls
  • Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about services
  • Assist with data entry of orders
  • Perform general administrative tasks and call on deliveries
  • Assist with all areas of operations

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or an administrative role a plus
  • Outstanding phone and email etiquette
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication skills
